* Added error checking and file send retry. Will try to send file three times if error occurs before aborting.

* Change to prevent status window from clearing after event transfer.
* Fixed bug causing resumption of transfer after error to fail.

* Rewrote major portions of ImageMover to provide more stable transferring of images and better resumption of download in the event of interruption. Changes include immediate processing of events rather than delay of 30-60 seconds about queue submission.
