MorePhotos for Labs is a powerful software suite that allows you to provide value added services to your photographers with an online proofing and ordering system as well as order fulfillment directly to your lab using your products.
• The system is white label, ready for your Lab's name and branding.
• Your photographers don't need to know our name - there is no site redirection.
• The system is designed to make you "sticky" with your customers. You set up your lab products for them to sell and then they upload their images to you for fulfillment.
• Our fee to you is based on the number of customer sites and images hosted on our servers. You have the flexibility to charge your clients per image, by commission, or a flat rate.
You control all aspects of the online-proofing system. Uploading and maintenance can be done by the lab or the photographer, whichever best meets the lab's business model.
Our software comes in three modules; Online Manager for administration, PhotoManager for uploading and event management and Order Manager for your photographers to send orders to the lab. OrderBridge is a powerful optional module offering seamless integration and production for Kodak dp2 users.
Online Manager
Online Manager is a secure web based administration system for you to manage your photographers and your customers to manage their website(s).
o With the client administration tools available only to the lab, you control your own photographers. Just fill out a form and Online manager does the following for your photographer:
• Registers and purchases (if necessary) a domain name for them, either a full domain name such as yourcustomer.com or a sub-domain name such as yourcustomer.yourlab.com.
• Creates a complete, ready to use website with your choice of our default template, your lab custom header and footer, a duplicate of your labs template with us or we can host their custom website. If you choose to offer our templates, your photographer just needs to upload portfolio images and whatever additional content they want to immediately have a strong on-line presence.
• Gives them an online proofing system complete with shopping cart ready to sell their images online.
• Gives them a master product list containing all of the lab products with your pricing that you want your photographers to be able to offer their customers.
• Creates price lists with your suggested retail pricing that your photographers will be able to edit for pricing and add or delete other products from your product list.
• Creates a shipping rate sheet for your customers to use in their shopping cart based on your lab's shipping arrangements.
• Optionally integrates your lab's Real Time Credit Card Processing into their shopping cart check-out giving your customers a powerful on-line selling tool and giving you another "sticky" feature. You control the payment options your photographers can offer.
• Generates activity reports for you to use in your billing. You can access information in whatever format is most convenient for you.
Online Manager gives your Photographers the ability to:
• Manage the content on their website such as Portfolio Galleries, Contact information, About Us information, Promotions etc.
• Manage their SEO information, shown on each page of their site.
• Modify the pricing, products, and packages they want to offer their clients.
• Manage their events using powerful event expiration and archiving tools.
• View their customer's orders and information.
• Manage the options you choose to offer such as the collection of emails for mailing list or promotion, a Zoom tool, a Guestbook and a consumer upload feature.
• Manage the collection of sales and use taxes through their shopping cart.
• Manage their payment methods such as credit cards, a PayPal integration or their own credit card or Real Time Processing if you allow them.
Photo Manager
PhotoManager is used by the photographer anywhere they have a computer with a web connection to upload images for viewing and sale. PhotoManager is used to set up each event including the associated price sheets, discount sheet(s), shipping methods, watermarks, passwords etc. Upload profiles can be set up ahead of time to make it as easy as possible to get images available for sale on the web.
Order Manager
OrderManager is a straight forward piece used by your photographer to review and send orders to you for processing with just a couple of mouse clicks. The order comes via ftp complete with order information, cropping and black & white or sepia conversions already done and the high resolution files ready to print. OrderManager creates an easy to manage folder hierarchy structure for order fulfillment. If you are a dp2 user, OrderManager integrates with Kodak's dp2 print production system for a seamless workflow at your lab using our OrderBridge software.
